“yellow coffee”: the best song of my group “i kings” and an unexpected recognition from the municipality of Verona to me, author of the text, and to ennio ottofaro, composer of music. The people of Verona still love this song, That, while it was the swan song of “i kings”, thanks also to the fact that renato bernuzzi, our singer, he continued to propose it in his solo performances, it has become a kind of anthem for the Veronese of our era. Here is the plate dated 22 April 2022 the municipality of Verona, upon proposal of my friend Luca Olivieri, he dedicated to us, some images showing the delivery ceremony in “tapestry room” of the Verona municipal building by the mayor, the plaque itself and the article that the Veronese newspaper “the sand” he dedicated to us.
